Radio Galaxy  ~ 2.8 Jy    decl. + 28.2 deg.
Radio Galaxy  ~ 1.3 Jy   decl. + 26.4 deg.
Taurus A     SNR      ~ 926 Jy           decl. + 22.0 deg
Drift scans in  the (southern) circumpolar regions are often very rewarding, one can use long integration times due to the slow fringe speed near the pole.
This allows to get the last little bit of sensitivity out of the setup.

Extracts from recordings  :

     PKS 0202-76     (Quasar)      2.6 Jy                                PKS 0408-65      15 JY

     PKS 0525-66      (  SNR )      1.3  Jy                               PKS 0539-691   (Neb.)   34 Jy

     PKS 2043-67   (no ident.)       1.1 Jy                               PKS 2152-69  (D-type galaxy)  30 Jy
All above sources were recorded under the following settings :

I.F. detector output  ~  110mV  ,     a.c. gain  x2  ,    differentiator  ~ 300 secs. ,   integration   60 secs.

d.c. gain  x 400

PKS 0410-75    ( S-type galaxy )  13.5 Jy    (high declination, gets tougher for interferometer)
Dec 5th.     PKS 0642-43         Dec 8th.     Tau-A &  IC443                NRAO167
Dec.17th       sun transit     in normal interferometer mode, phase switch off

Radio source W28    - not too far angular separation from the sun
